Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Helix Aminos LLC is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and shipping confirmation is sent.

Helix Aminos LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
All refund requests are reviewed manually. There is no automated refund process. Submit your request through the Refund Request form — provide your order number, reason, description, and photo evidence. Helix Aminos reviews every claim and approval is at our sole discretion.
If you receive product that is damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised on arrival, submit a refund request within 3 days of delivery. Damage claims require at least 3 photos clearly showing the condition of the product, packaging, and shipping box. Without photo evidence submitted within the 3-day window, damage claims will not be eligible for refund. Approved claims are resolved as either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
If independent laboratory verification of your batch demonstrates results materially below the specifications on the Certificate of Analysis, we will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund upon return of unused vials. Lab report must be from an ISO-accredited third-party facility.
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Orders may be cancelled for full refund prior to shipment only. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Shipments refused on delivery or returned undeliverable will be refunded less original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds appear on the original payment method within 1–2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer. Crypto refunds are returned to the originating wallet address.
Submitting false or misleading refund claims, fabricated photo evidence, or repeated abusive claim patterns may result in permanent termination of purchasing privileges with Helix Aminos and may be reported to the relevant card processor or law enforcement.
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our Florida fulfillment center. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends ship the following business day.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International researchers should contact helixaminos@gmail.com for case-by-case evaluation, subject to local import regulations.
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can track delivery status directly on the FedEx website using the provided tracking number.
If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact FedEx with the tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Lyophilized research compounds are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard 2-Day shipping. Refrigerated shipping is available on request for additional fee. Contact us before ordering if your shipment requires cold-chain handling.
