All refund requests are reviewed manually by Helix Aminos. There is no automated refund. Photos and order details below help us make the decision quickly.

Before you fill this out:

Damaged-on-arrival claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery with at least 3 photos
Opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for refund
Out-of-spec claims require independent lab verification
Approved refunds process in 5–7 business days back to the original payment method
